Answer: Your symptoms of burning in micturition may be due to UTI(Urinary tract infection). I would like to see full report of urine analysis; you can scan the report and upload this report along with your follow up. In urine few epithelial cells are normal. If there is infection treatment is urinary specific antibiotics and plenty of fluids to keep system flushed. If there is pain and fever can be relieved by taking paracetamol tablet. I do believe it sounds like you have a Urinary Tract Infection. It is quite common especially with changes in the weather, even though you drink a lot of water if there is a burning sensation UTI or possible Prostrate Problem. I am not a Specialist however this can happen at any given time, regardless of age. If you are male it would be good to see a Urologist for prostrate or just M.D. to see if there is infection. They can tell if there is blood in the urine even though you yourself can't see it.
The symptoms are suggestive of a urinary tract infection. Please drink plenty of water and cranberry juice and get your urine examination and culture sensitivity done. If UTI is severe then a course of oral antibiotics is needed for which I suggest you to consult an urologist.
